WORDS, WORDS, AND MORE WORDS.
IT’S HOW YOU USE THOSE WORDS THAT COUNTS.
It needs to be “in writing.” Your clients, investors, and employees expect and demand it. We’ll create effective messaging that clearly communicates what your audiences need to know and what you have to say.

It is perfectly okay to write garbage—as long as you edit brilliantly. – C. J. Cherryh
Copy Editing: Copy editing improves your document’s clarity by honing in on grammar, spelling, punctuation, language, and style. Depending on the project, this may include Canadianizing text or metrication; food-based manuscripts and texts may also require recipe conversion (measures, Canadianizing, terminology).
Plain Language Revision: Plain language revision transforms jargon into more accessible and understandable messaging aimed at the layperson. Here, we may adapt language, clarify terms, modify tone, reset language level or shorten sentences.
Proofreading: Proofreading an already-edited text or press proofs catches typos and other minor errors. Apart from this “line-by-line” review, we could insert page numbers or table of contents, check previous edits were made, review illustration and caption placement, check running heads, or review layout.
Rewriting: Rewriting creates a new document (or parts of a document), based on your content (or research). This sort of editing may include conducting additional research and writing original material.
Stylistic editing: Stylistic editing hones in on a document at the sentence level. Here, our goal is to create a smoother and more coherent text, by removing jargon and redundancy.
